We ensure that manuscripts are not rejected because of English language quality. 

We look at

  • Grammar
  • Usage
  • Flow
  • Styles
  • Structure (restructuring is done by us only if requested)
  • Formatting of manuscripts according to journal guidelines (if requested)
  • Editing and formatting of reference lists (if requested)

We do not work with figures but do suggest ways of better presentation and of course check the text presented in the figures and figure legends.

Clients can also decide to have only parts of their manuscripts edited.

– We ensure top-class language quality in all relevant documents used for correspondence with publishers/journals from the first complete draft until publication

-Ensuring timely delivery of the edits is our highest priority. Any changes in delivery times will therefore need the client’s approval. A delayed edit is delivered to the client for free.

– Customized service packages are finalized through discussions with our clients regarding their requirements. Accordingly, the cost of each assignment is determined in line with our pricing policy.

– A manuscript may need multiple rounds of editing before submission or until publicaiion. The first round of editing costs more than the subsequent rounds.

Additionally:

– It is possible to order a round of structural editing, although at higher prices.

– We will entertain questions from the clients regarding the edits delivered to them free of cost. However, the questions cannot be used as a substitute for getting text edited by us through our editorial services.

–  If a manuscript edited by us is rejected owing to language quality issues, we request the clients to contact us. We re-evaluate the quality of the delivered edit to decide whether the client may be entitled to a round of cost-free editing.
